Eric Hickcox, founder of Assisted Tech Support in Thomaston CT

Hi, I'm the founder

I started Assisted Tech Support after spending years working in IT positions at ABB Engineering, NEC, and The Automatic Answer, all while being "the tech person" for my own family. I got tired of watching people feel embarrassed for asking simple questions — so I built a business where no question is too small, and nobody gets rushed.
